Dino Stalker was developed by Capcom Production Studio 3, led by Executive Producer Tatsuya Minami.

Design[]

Capcom worked with animation studio Neuron-Age in creating the models for the game. Neuron-Age provided help in making the character and background models, as well as animating them and producing a real-time demo.[1][2]
