Heliport cutscene 3

Heliport cutscene 3^{[note 1]} is a cutscene in Dino Crisis. It only occurs when trying to use Liaison Elevator No.2 early on during the Tyrannosaurus encounter at the Heliport. Rick will ask Regina to buy some time until he finishes fixing the elevator.
