Hiroyuki Kobayashi (小林 裕幸 Kobayashi Hiroyuki) is a Japanese developer currently working for Capcom. In the mid-1990s, Kobayashi worked at Yoshiki Okamoto's Planning Room No.2, where he was a planner for Dino Crisis.[1] Around the time of the game's completion, Kobayashi received a promotion and worked as producer for Dino Crisis 2 at Shinji Mikami's Production Studio 4.[2]
