The Plug is an important item found in Dino Crisis 2 in the Third Energy Facility sub-level.
Purpose[]
It is supposed to be put inside the Water Circulating Control Room that operates the elevator Inside Cooling Aqueduct.
Location[]
The plug can be found inside the Underwater/Transport Passageway ②.[1]
