Special Operations And Reconnaissance (S.O.A.R.) was a special forces agency in operation during the 26th Century.
Purpose[]
SOAR was a space-based agency. As such, they relied on probe ships such as the Seyfert for transportation. In the Seyfert's case, they also possessed a smaller shuttle craft for docking with other ships.
History[]
In 2548, the interstellar colony ship Ozymandias warped into Jovian orbit 300 years after having been declared lost. The Seyfert was called in to investigate, and was destroyed by the colony ship's defences. Out of at least nine members, four escaped the explosion of their shuttle and boarded the ship.
