Shinji Mikami (三上 真司 Mikami Shinji) (born August 11, 1965) is a Japanese video game designer known for his work on a number of Capcom's bestselling franchises, including Resident Evil and Devil May Cry. In regards to the Dino Crisis franchise, Shinji produced and directed the first Dino Crisis title, and oversaw development of the second as its executive producer.[1]
