The starter battery is a key item in Dino Crisis 2.
Purpose[]
It is used to operate the Patrol Ship used by Regina and Dylan to travel between the Third Energy Facility, Military Base, and Edward City.
Location[]
It can be found inside the Precision Lab at the Research Facility.[1] However, the Precision Lab is locked and requires the Research Facility Keycard to enter.
