Pretty much like Elevator, this is an area on Facility B3 that was meant to be featured in Dino Crisis, but during the development of the game it was scrapped.

This is an unfinished room which seems to be like an early version of Control Room B3. Touching the trigger in the middle of the room will load again the map.
